• Training and certifying PSR Team Members
• Maintaining the Super User Program
• Building strong working relationships
• Collaborating with managers on training needs

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Typing proficiency
• Team player mindset
• Proficient in English
• Strong presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to all clinic locations
• Knowledge of medical health insurance.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Critical thinking abilities
• Development of new training content, as necessary
  • Training on various front-end tasks
  • Adaptability to new processes

Education and Experience:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Previous medical office experience
• Customer service background
• Operational knowledge of clinic procedures
• Expertise in eCW and Phreesia processes
