Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Employment Opportunity

Overview

Actively seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our existing multi-specialty medical group specifically in our Family Medicine department in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Job Summary

The APP is responsible for Family Medicine specific patient needs, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, treatment plans, appropriate medications and the ability to provide excellent care in a busy environment. EMR Chart management performed within eClinicalWorks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Appropriate and applicable licensure, education and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.
• Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient treatment
• Board Certification/Eligible
• Preferred experience: 1-2 years
• Preferred specialties: Primary Care
