Grande Oaks is looking to hire a Scheduler for our Nursing department.
Must have a valid STNA license, previous scheduling experience a must
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department Schedule in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times. We use miscrosoft programs and Onshift for all our scheduling needs, unsure how to use either; not a problem we do train. We are a Long term care, Skilled, Memory care facility. You will be responsible for scheduling Nurses and STNAs for each 12 hours shift, maintaining the PPD, and helping restaff call offs as they come in.
