Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is an assisted living community that takes pride in their residents. We are looking for a professional that wants to assist retired seniors in continuing to contribute to society and have fun while doing it.

As an Assistant this person would be responsible for implementing and coordinating life enriching, person centered care programs and activities for residents as assigned by the Life Enrichment Coordinator. This includes, but is not limited to: assisting residents with standing and walking, reminders, and cueing.

Must be sensitive to the social, emotional and physical needs of the residents as well as respect their right to dignity and self-determination. Patience and good communications skills are essential. Will act in a professional manner and respond calmly in emergency situations. Must be observant and report any changes in the physical, emotional or mental health of the residents.

We’re seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate the activities at our property. We’re back in the community participating in the events of the district and we’re seeking somebody who can coordinate and excite our residents for these endeavors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.82 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends only
