Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation and food production in our facility. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for culinary arts and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities: - Assist with meal preparation and food production according to dietary guidelines and individual resident needs - Set up dining areas and ensure they are clean and organized - Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed - Monitor food inventory and notify supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure smooth operations - Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families Skills: - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a hospital or assisted living setting - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and dietary restrictions - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment At our facility, we offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
