Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse, RN, in Maternity is accountable for assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating care for Maternity, Gynecologic and Newborn patients and collaborates with other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Registered Nurse practices professional nursing by utilizing the nursing process and adheres to standards set forth in the Nurse Practice Act of Pennsylvania and Grand View Health policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:Nursing Diploma minimum requirement
1 year of experience in Maternity, requiredBachelors Degree, preferredLicenses and Certifications:Registered Nurse in PA – Licensed, Upon hire, requiredBasic Life Support (BLS), requiredNeonatal Resuscitation (NRP), Within 6 months of hire, required
