JOB TITLE: BANK TELLER
JOB DETAILS:
Grand Valley Bank is looking to hire a part-time Teller at our 7th St. branch, located at 925 N. 7th St., Grand Junction, CO 81501. This position is scheduled for approximately 24-28 hours per week, with a Saturday rotation, and the flexibility to fill in as needed.
JOB SUMMARY:
Tellers are responsible for providing excellent banking service to our customers in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a basic understanding of our banking products and services, accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions, and fully complying with bank policies and regulations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TELLER:
As the first person customers engage with when entering the bank, you will complete various transactions, uncover basic financial needs, recommend products/services to help meet their goals, and refer them to other bank specialists when appropriate. With each transaction, you will need to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, as well as maintain a commitment to personalized customer interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A TELLER:
ENVIRONMENT: This job takes place in an office setting, both sitting and standing behind the Teller line, with light to moderate physical lifting requirements.
COMPENSATION: In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, compensation differentials for this position are based on multiple factors, including but not limited to: education, experience, training and skillset. All compensation offers are analyzed individually.
