The Customer Care Center (CCC) Representative serves as a front line of the bank, over the phone and through online chat. CCC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in all aspects of the position. The position will be part of a new initiative for Grand Savings Bank where the expectations of the Customer Care Center will be elevated to a high standard of customer service within a supportive and creative environment.
