Operator
3:55pm to 1:00am Monday thru Friday, Saturdays as needed NO SUNDAYS
17.00/17.50hr per hour during training 30-90 days then 18.00/18.50 after training.

will: set up and tear down of production equipment.
- Operate Mixer and related machines safely.
- Follow batch sheets to correctly create products
- Complete paperwork (including HACCP documents)

- HS Diploma/GED, AA a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs above shoulders.
- MUST have at least 1 year food manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work in a wet environment.
- **MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK, READ, WRITE ENGLISH.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery - 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to use ladders and work at heights about 6 feet.
- Ability to work with changing priorities and situations.
- Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic math skills and computer skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack
- Ability to stand, reach, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull lift up to 50 pounds.
