Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our resort as well as focusing on our housekeeping department. The Resort Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the resort.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Manage and train staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Address guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the resort and attract new guests

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or resort management is required
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Proven experience in housekeeping management and custodial services
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
