• Efficiently restocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise, ensuring items are well-organized and easily accessible for customers.
• Creates eye-catching advertising displays and arranges merchandise on counters or tables to attract customers' attention and promote sales.
• Accurately stamps, marks, or tags prices on merchandise to ensure clear pricing information for customers.
• Greets each customer as they enter the store, offering assistance, answering questions, and providing guidance on the location, pricing, and usage of various products.
• Retrieves merchandise requested by customers or handles merchandise they have selected, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and promptly.
• Calculates the total price, including applicable taxes, for items purchased by customers and accepts payments while providing accurate change.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by wrapping or bagging merchandise securely and neatly, making sure items are protected during transportation.
• Contributes to a clean and organized store environment by regularly cleaning shelves, counters, and tables, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Accurately counts and records the amount of cash in the register, maintaining financial integrity, before and after each shift.
• Has a good understanding of various discounts, such as Lakewood Membership Discounts, PCH Associate Discounts, and Marriott Employee and Bonvoy Discounts, and applies them appropriately to benefit eligible customers.
• Knowledgeable about security procedures, prepared to handle theft or suspicious activity, ensuring the safety of customers, employees, and merchandise.
• Familiarity with the amenities and guest services provided through the resort
• Working relationship with the resort Concierge to assist customers effectively and enhance their experience.
