Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility, including transferring and positioning clients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients
