We are in search of a Banquet Set-Up to join our Grand team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. About the role

Grand Geneva is looking to add some muscle to their Banquets team: Be part of our vast array of celebrations and "set the stage" for our guests. You'll turn empty rooms into show ready venues.
What will you be doing?

• Maintain condition and cleanliness of banquet facilities by (but not limited to) cleaning, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets.

• Set up banquet spaces as required per Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Provide service to customers as required per contract.
• Perform breakdown of function rooms.
• Assist in serving as needed.
• Read and understand a Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Organize, control and restock linen room and storage areas
• Organize and control inventory and storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Remain calm and collected under stressful situations, and respond to last minute changes quickly and efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned.
