Position Purpose

Facilitate campus wide activities and guest events. Ensure that guests are aware of all recreational opportunities available to them campus wide.

Essential Functions

• Assist in planning and executing daily activities for Resort guests.
• Welcoming and introducing the guests to all experiences upon the guests arrival in the lobby.
• Creating, developing, and implementing on and off site events.
• Marketing of daily, weekly, monthly schedule of events.
• Listen to and address guest comments or concerns.
• Create personalized experiences for each guest utilizing a proactive guest profiling program.
• Creating, proposing and implementing experiences.
• Scheduling activities, updating printed marketing, and adjusting to changes in activities due to uncontrollable circumstances.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Supervising experiences and team.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in event planning, catering or recreation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Highly creative, self-starter.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Multi-tasker.
• Must be safety minded.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Director of Guest Experiences.
