The office associate is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department

• Ability to be cross-trained and functional in multiple skill sets.
• Ability to multitask and report to different departments each day as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Education:

• High School diploma or GED

• Ability to work overtime, working overtime is sometimes required. It is not always possible to let you know in advance of the need to work overtime because of the nature of our business. However, advance notice will be given whenever possible. When required, you are expected to work overtime unless excused from doing so by your manager. Overtime work will be distributed as evenly as possible. Any overtime must be approved and/or scheduled by your manager prior to working the overtime hours.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts or to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
