```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including food production, food service, and kitchen management.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, following all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make strategic decisions to achieve business goals.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
