Graham Hay Market Sales Associates provide exceptional customer service by selling farm store products, creating invoices, and utilizing established point of sale procedures. They are responsible for answering customer inquiries, offering assistance on the sales floor as required, and guiding customers in locating their desired products within the store. Sales Associates work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and contribute to the general cleaning and maintenance of the retail facility.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Create invoices and sell farm store products using established point of sale
procedures.
-Focus on customer service and accuracy.
-Assist in answering customer questions and directing them to help them find
what they need.
-Provide support on the sales floor.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
-Participate in general cleaning and maintenance of the retail facility.
Additional Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Customer service, cashier, or related experience.
-The ability to operate a computer and point of sale (register).
-The ability to perform arithmetic calculations and provide change to
customers.
-The ability to communicate successfully with customers and co-workers.
-Knowledge of feed products and familiarity with animal nutrition is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
-Open availability to workdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
-The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
This position would be ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and
enjoys working in a retail environment.

Pay: $16.28 - $21.00 per hour
