- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and company policies
Skills:
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers to make purchases
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating point-of-sale systems
- Experience in technical sales or electronics sales is a plus
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries over the phone
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
