SUMMARY

The Assistant Director of the Marcus Trauma Center plays a crucial role in supporting the overall leadership and management of the emergency department. Working closely with the Director, this position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to strategic planning to enhance the department's effectiveness. The Assistant Director will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality emergency care and promote a culture of excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Four (4) or more years job related experience including Trauma or Emergency Care required
• Six (6) or more years job related experience including Trauma or Emergency Care preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Registered Nurse in State of Georgia
• Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS)
• TNCC
