Our benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary based on a minimum of 28 hours of care a week, as well as a bonus plan of up to $8,000 annually based on efficiency & quality care metrics. Total compensation (base bonus) for this role starts at $86,000 and is dependent on your years of experience and expertise.

Requirements:
- You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
- You are a leader and are excited to train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.

- Required to sit, stand, bend and walk regularly; lift and/or move up to 45lbs pounds.
