We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facility. This position requires the candidate to assist the supervisor in leading the housekeeping staff. If you have a background housekeeping, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all assigned areas, including common areas, and restrooms

- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors

- Launder linens and towels

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products

- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues

- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality standards are met

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Experience:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work

- Proven ability to lead a team

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexibility to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
