Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support in a behavioral health setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their behavioral health needs and ensure their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' behavioral health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to address patients' emotional and psychological concerns
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Licenses:
Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi state/compact RN license
Minimum Work Experience
1.5 Years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a direct bedside patient care setting. Experience in a behavioral health facility.
