Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. A nursing license is preferred, but not required. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and pricing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage payroll and budgeting for the store
Skills:
- Previous experience in shift management or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
- Exceptional customer service skills
