Summary: Patient Support Manager (PSM) will be responsible for leading the development of an integrated care team responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Support Center providing service for all locations/sites for Grace Health. The position requires knowledge of planning and evaluation, front office protocols, customer service, clinic and practice management, data collection and analysis; electronic medical records and staff supervision. The PSM will work directly in development of the Support staff including education, competencies, evaluation, performance correction, and customer service related issues. The PSM will assist staff in reaching their full potential at each stage of their professional development. The focus will be on developing and enhancing knowledge, technical skills, decision making skills and inter-personal skills that staff use to provide quality services. | |
