Grace Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving residents of Southeastern Kentucky. Services offered at Grace Health include pediatric and well child care from birth, primary care of all ages, well women care, reduced cost prescriptions through 340B pharmacy, and outreach and education. The mission of Grace Health is to show the love and share the truth of Jesus Christ to Southeastern Kentucky, through access to compassionate, high quality, primary health care for the whole person. Grace Health accepts several major health insurance plans. Grace Health also accepts Medicaid,... Medicare, and those covered under KCHIP. A sliding fee discount program is offered to those without health insurance and is based on household income and size. At Grace Health we want to give you the best healthcare available.
