We are seeking an ELEMENTARY TEACHER needed for inter-denominational Preschool - 8th grade Christian School in Delaware, Oh: For the 2024-2025 school year

Applicant should be active in a Bible-believing church exemplified with a Christian testimony. The teacher will be asked to discuss Christian experience, salvation and daily walk as a Christian. Applicant should a have a vision for Christian ministry for school children and parents. Class size is 10 to 15 students; Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education required; Out of date or out of state teacher license is permitted; free tuition for your children; paid vacations during Christmas, spring break and summer break:

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring effective education administration and teaching practices.
- Utilize leadership skills to provide guidance and support to students and staff.
- Develop and implement curriculum, incorporating fundraising and budgeting strategies.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Utilize public speaking skills to engage with stakeholders and the community.
- Draw upon classroom experience to inform decision-making and improve teaching practices.
