QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree
Valid State of Ohio secondary principal certificate or licensure
Demonstrated skill in oral and written communication
Demonstrated ability to work with students, parents, teachers, staff and community
Understanding of secondary curriculum, instruction and assessment
Demonstrated record of successful teaching
Demonstrated leadership in education
Preferred administrative experience in grades 6 - 8
Experienced in supervision and evaluation
