What You Will Do :

• Deliver training sessions
• Evaluate training content

What You Will Need :

• 3-5 years of training / development experience
• Leadership skills in communication, accountability, and coaching
• Familiarity with Lean Methodology
• Self-motivation and task-driven attitude
• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent

Preferred (not required) :

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Training Certification
• Experience in technical publication development
• Familiarity with standard work instructions development
