2nd Shift , 3 : 00 PM -1 : 00 AM , Monday -Thursday ; however, must be available on Fridays and weekends if scheduled. Must also be available to work the 1st shift occasionally to cover for other Group Leaders. Essential Functions

• Responsible for a group of operators in ensuring daily production and quality goals are achieved.
• Assist in coordinating workloads, providing support, and monitoring any issues.
• Assist in training new hires and modeling ideal performance and behavior standards.
• Ensure inventory management, proper documentation, and overall production compliance.
• Inform management of any issues, concerns, or areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a stable verifiable work history and at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing group / team leadership.
