What You Will Do :

• Provide administrative assistance to eligibility staff.
• Maintain records, perform data entry and other clerical functions.
• Assist clients in person or via telephone.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and forms.
• Generate reports as requested.
• Uphold agency policies, including HIPAA and Medicaid confidentiality rules.

What Is Needed :

• Stable verifiable work history.
• Proficiency in computer operation.
• An eager-to-learn attitude.
• Prior experience working with a State Agency is a plus, not required.
