Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Team Leader will fulfill a working leader role for the team responsible for processing, researching, and balancing payments. This role requires regular communication and collaboration with external customers, company leadership, and multiple internal departments.

Job Goals:

• Support and train team members.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of payments and inquiries.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to reach operational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the workflow of the team
• Monitor volume and adjust work assignments as needed
• Resolve higher-level requests and questions
• Collaborate with other internal teams for escalated issues
• Process invoices, lien waivers, and insurance requests

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

• 2-year degree in Accounting or 1-2 years of direct work experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Must have high proficiency in recording and processing financial transactions relating to sales and customers.
• Direct team management experience or demonstrated leadership in current or previous role at GPRS or 1-2 years of direct team management experience including guiding, directing, and managing performance for team members
• Supervisory experience
• History of working effectively in a team environment
• Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Display a strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and co-workers
• The ability to learn and work within NetSuite software
