What are we looking for in the next Production Supervisor?
J o b Description
- Lead a team of 15 , implementing all company policies & industry regulations
- Implement an optimal plan of action to deliver high-quality products
- Oversee the hiring process, training, performance, and supervision of the team
- Manage production plans and schedules to maximize efficiency
- Manage and monitor supplies and equipment
- Develop plans & reports for department safety, budgets & production forecasts
- Interdepartmental collaboration
- Foster a flourishing work culture, in compliance with the highest safety, health & environmental standards (USDA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, etc.)
- You must be able to work M-F, and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing / animal harvest environment
- Meat / seafood processing experience is required
- GMP’s & HACCP
