JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Personal Insurance Account Manager
A local agency needs an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager . Must have a strong work ethic, a drive to succeed and a "can do" attitude.
This is a fun company to work for, flexible time and a great compensation package.
Duties will include :
- Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto ID Cards, order MVR's and issue certificates
- Accurately input policy updates and account information.
- Communicate with client, producer / agent, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage related questions and information.
- Responsible for the marketing / quoting process for both new business and account renewals.
- Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals.
- Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
Qualifications :
- Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
- Minimum 1-3 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
- Agency Management System software experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
