Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate
• Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation

Qualifications:

• Membership in the South Carolina State Bar Association and a state license to practice law are mandatory
• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
