Job Title: Operations Manager

Position Overview :We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of project management, estimating, and field operations for commercial glazing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, a passion for leading teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead the estimating team in accurately bidding on projects and developing competitive proposals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that all projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial glazing industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
