Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed take-offs for projects
• Generate accurate computer estimates and proposals
• Review contracts and schedules of values
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success

Project Manager/Estimator Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (On-Screen Take Off)
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
