Responsibilities :

• Lead the assessment and development of personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer advanced manual therapy techniques to optimize patient rehabilitation.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Champion a comprehensive approach to health, wellness, and physical fitness.
• Provide leadership and direction to the physical therapy team, including training, supervision, and performance management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to meet clinic goals and objectives.

Qualifications :

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with extensive clinical experience.
• Valid Physical Therapy licensure in Maryland or ability to obtain licensure.
• Exceptional expertise in advanced manual therapy techniques.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership.
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and positive approach to team management and patient care.
