Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and helping customers navigate the complexities of insurance? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

In office position.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the frontline point of contact for customers, providing information, guidance, and support regarding insurance products and services.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • Process policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Educate customers on insurance coverage options, policy details, and eligibility criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in resolving customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range $40.000-$50,000
