Position Responsibilities :

  • Prepare meticulous estimates for commercial drywall construction projects
  • Conduct comprehensive material and labor take-offs
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure estimate accuracy
  • Thoroughly review and analyze project blueprints and specifications
  • Effectively communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

Position Essential Job Functions :

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial drywall estimating
  • Proficiency in On-Center, Quick Bid, and OST software preferred
  • Exemplify keen attention to detail and unwavering accuracy
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills
