Position Responsibilities :
- Prepare meticulous estimates for commercial drywall construction projects
- Conduct comprehensive material and labor take-offs
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure estimate accuracy
- Thoroughly review and analyze project blueprints and specifications
- Effectively communicate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
Position Essential Job Functions :
- Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial drywall estimating
- Proficiency in On-Center, Quick Bid, and OST software preferred
- Exemplify keen attention to detail and unwavering accuracy
