Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time
• Ensuring projects are within budget parameters
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.

Other Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Supervisory position on Commercial Roofing Projects (ideally more than $1M).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Extensive experience in cost controls.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
