If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Commercial Roofing Estimator! In this role, you will be responsible for assessing project requirements, evaluating costs, and preparing accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our roofing projects, as you collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and the project management team. Your primary responsibility is to represent Quality Roofing Services, part of the Bone Dry Family, with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Estimate jobs, perform take-offs, write proposals, communicate with business owners or property managers
• Write picking list, order materials, arrange for permits,
• Interpret job specifications and contract drawings and estimate materials needed
• Generate and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors and other local avenues of business

• The ideal candidate will have experience in all Low Slope and Steep Slope Roofing Systems
• The candidate should be able to read drawings and spec books in order to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposals.
• The candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level

• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check
• High School diploma or GED
• Preferably experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales)
• Military service a plus
