Commercial Loan Officer

I am urgently seeking a qualified Commercial Loan Officer for the Lehigh Valley Market. Tired of dealing with the multiple levels of approvals or decisions made by a stranger at an unknown location. This bank is looking to add a new Commercial Loan Officer and is in growth mode, especially in its commercial lending division! This individual will be working in a positive, team-oriented environment, contributing to the bank's ongoing success. This bank offers competitive wages and a great work/life balance.

Commercial Loan Officer Qualifications:

  • 5 years of community bank Commercial Banking experience in the Lehigh Valley Market.
  • Experience with building a C&I Commercial Loan Portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of credit and finance.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.

Commercial Loan Officer Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a loan portfolio.
  • Make sales calls to achieve sales goals.
  • Meet benchmarks in multiple facets including but not limited to profitability and credit quality.
  • Promote new business development.
  • Work well with support staff and executive management.
