Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Staff Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience, and expertise in real estate accounting.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, specifically real estate, is preferred.

Proficiency in Yardi software is a must.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, rent administration, and other related tasks.

As a key member of our accounting team, you will work closely with the Controller in a supportive, and organized environment.

Responsibilities of the AR Specialist :

Manage accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately

Utilize Yardi software for real estate accounting tasks

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

Collaborate effectively with the accounting team to maintain smooth operations

Contribute to the overall success of the organization through dedication and commitment to excellence

Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Specialist :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related real estate field is a plus

Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate accounting

Proficiency in Yardi software is required

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a small team environment

Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
