We’re now looking for a Business Data Analyst whose primary focus will be on data modelling, extracting data from client systems and process analysis to develop insights, Reports and Dashboards.

Based in Poland, this role will operate on a fully remote basis.

Job Summary

As a data orientated professional, you’ll work with stakeholders – both internal and external - to understand and interpret businesses operations and identify and solution extraction capabilities for specific data points used to deliver key business insights to enable strategic and operational decision making.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Review, interpret and identify all key business process data points to support effective analysis of business operations and/or performance
• Draw conclusions and make recommendations on data extraction points from existing processes for raw data collation and business analysis to be conducted
• Data validation, extraction, transformation and loading (ETL)
• Reviewing and improving report automation effectiveness through extensive use of Power Query, DAX, VBA, Macros, Power Pivots and Data Models
• Develop and guide others in the development for a range of reports in various formats including PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint etc. as requested from the Customer.
• Provide recommendations to customers and other team members on informative visuals to that meet business requirements in PowerBI and Excel
• Reviewing and improving report automation effectiveness through extensive use of PowerBI, VBA, Macros, PowerPivot, Power Query and Data Models

Qualifications

You’ll be a strong communicator with experience of interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coupled with excellent business analytical skills and a strong understanding of BI Operation services with hands on knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, SSRS, Power Query etc

• Good understanding of Business functions and processes as well as financial models
• Proven strong understanding of BI Operation
• Experience working with MS packages and proficient knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solver with high attention to detail
• Strong organisational skill with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
