Requirement:

• At least three years of experience as a business analyst, IT analyst, or a similar role in an IT environment.
• Strong process mapping skills.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Experience with supporting a large global deployment/ the roll-out of a new Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) App for users.
• Create documentation to outline New User Journey process for new MFA App and for any changes required.
• Work with PM and IAM teams to understand and plan roll out strategy for New App.
• Experience of working closely with IT developers/engineers and operational teams.
• Ability to work with remote teams and communicate effectively using digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibility:

• Positive team player working as part of a large Programme; questioning mind to fact find and challenge where appropriate.
• Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule.
• Good time management.
• Must be self-sufficient; able to deliver quality output without supervision.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using various tools and platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Confluence, Jira, etc.
• Facilitate Requirement gathering and Gap Analysis when required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
