Gozio is expanding our Atlanta-based Client Services team and is seeking an Implementation Manager based out of our Atlanta office. We’re changing the healthcare space by deploying our smartphone-based indoor positioning and wayfinding system in hospitals across the country. Think GPS for the indoors. Our platform provides a hand-holding experience that guides visitors from their home to the perfect parking spot and then inside the hospital to their point of care. We help take the stress out of visits to the hospital.

As a Gozio Implementation Manager, you will demonstrate your leadership abilities by managing a small team of implementation specialists as you install RF devices and operate data capture robots in a hospital setting. You are perfect for this job if you have experience leading a team, are detail-oriented, assertive, and know how to communicate with customer staff in a respectful manner. Ideally, you’ll have basic knowledge of electrical and simple mechanical systems. Knowledge of RF systems is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-10 people
• Assist team in acting as an onsite technician, including installing Gozio’s RF beacons, running Gozio’s robots and validating the final install by walking the facility
• Interact with customers on a daily basis
• Manage inventory throughout customer implementation
• Demonstrate and practice sound judgement when operating and installing devices in customer facilities; always choosing safety first
• Manage travel and housing arrangements while on deployment
• Work with local staffing agencies as required
• Ensure robotics systems remain functional; perform basic maintenance and debugging

Requirements

• Full time availability
• Technical knowledge: ability to operate computer systems, tablets and mobile devices
• Basic robot troubleshooting: identify and replace faulty computer, controller, motor, battery, etc.
• Evening shift work - our team typically works 80% of their time during the hospital’s maintenance window (7pm - 3am), with 20% during working hours (8am - 5pm)
• Frequent travel - customer deployments may involve significant time away from home base, but always with an option to fly home on weekends
• Comfortable standing for 8 hours per work period; comfortable walking 5 miles indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and work with overhead installations
• Ability to drive small / medium vans containing team members and equipment
• Basic knowledge of low voltage electrical and RF systems
• Pass a criminal background check and 5-panel drug test

Ideally (Not required, but desired)

• Professional or in-depth experience with WiFi and/or Bluetooth systems
• Experience with robotics or RC vehicles
• Ability to Solder
• Familiar with common hand tools such as cordless drills, hammers, etc.
