Title: HR Assistant PAR Processor

Location: This position is remote or onsite as required by the client 

We are looking for a passionate, experienced HR Assistant PAR Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a member of the Managed Services team the HR Assistant PAR processor will provide professional support and technical assistance in Personnel Action Request Processing.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the processing of personnel actions 
  • Assist with conducting quality reviews to ensure employee data is accurate in the payroll mainframe 
  • Process History Correction Packages 
  • Assist with processing the backlog of Voluntary Leave Transfer Program audits and debt cases 
  • Provide support with processing leave restoration requests and cyber pay actions 
  • Provide support with resolving missing time and attendance entries 
  • Review data, compare personnel folders and databases to ensure accuracy 
  • Research, resolve and engage with customers concerning pay and leave issues
  • Research basic HR processes and procedures, particularly related to HR processing activities noted above 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • 2 years’ experience in PAR processing 
  • Working with EmpowHR and the National Finance Center systems
