How You Will Make An Impact:

The Catering Sales Administrative Assistant assists in managing administrative tasks related to catering sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the Gourmet Gang team. Some tasks you will be responsible for are:

  • Managing and processing online orders.
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person to gather event details, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting the catering sales team by managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Confirming payment details and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
  • Performing various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, invoicing, and maintaining office supplies to support sales team efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Polished and professional phone presence.
  • Detail-oriented with a quick and efficient working style.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Experience in a high call volume environment, a plus.
  • Able to work M-F from 11am to 4:30pm
