Seeking a well-organized individual to join our team as a full time Documentation Customer Service Representative in our Compton Team.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

$16-$17 DOE

Job Duties:

· Processing incoming documents for preparation of data entry into our operating system

· Interfacing with customers by email frequently and occasionally by phone

· Communicate operational requirements to data entry team and following all customer’s SOPs.

· Printing, scanning, and preparing documentation packets for internal use in operations

This position requires; ability to validate data, focused attention to details, work in a team environment, present a professional and helpful persona by phone & email and exemplify overall excellent customer service.

Desired skills and Experience:

· High school diploma or its equivalent.

· Prior experience in Logistics environment preferred

· Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service required. Position will interact with customers by phone and email frequently.

· Strong data entry skill required

· Proficient in Web applications, Word and Excel

· Ability to work overtime as needed

· Ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency and a “can do” attitude

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Must work well under pressure and recognize importance of meeting deadlines

· Ability to multi-task in high pressure situations and maintain focus and purpose

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
