Position Summary:

goTRG is looking for a result driven, team and detail oriented, organized Wholesale Inside Sales Representative to work alongside other experienced members of our team and to help grow our rapidly expanding business. Become part of an exciting environment where you deal with a variety of inventory and great customers.

Wholes Sales Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for prospecting and generating new commercial business. This position requires cold calling on commercial accounts in the field to generate new permanent sales.


Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Engage with our existing customers and new customers to grow long-term business relationships
  • Develop a detailed sales plan to achieve the goals you are given.
  • Research and engage new customers through cold calls or leads driven through marketing or our private marketplace. Once engaged with the customer, be proficient at qualifying the level of buyer.
  • Attain an intense knowledge of the inventory we deal with and be aware of the changes that happen in the marketplaces as new products are introduced.
  • Network through social media to target buyers and Cold Call/follow-up to increase our customer base.
  • Keep customers and leads organized in Salesforce to best track leads and follow-up with customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 1 years of Inside Sales & Customer Service
  • Experience identifying and developing accounts
  • A proven track record of closed sales and client satisfaction
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales
  • Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills when faced with new challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
